#40 scoop Guacamole
#12 scoop Cheddar Cheese Shred
#10 scoop Beef Crumble  (Seasoned with diced onion, canned jalapeno, Paprika, Black Pepper, Red Pepper or Cayenne)
5 each French Fries, Crinkle
1 each Yellow Wrap
1 each Label

Chef tip: 

Beef can be set up for oven day before.  Day of production have tortillas in warmer (aids in rolling)
