Chicken Fajita Burrito

Ingredients

1 – Tortilla
Fajita Mixture
Re-fried Beans

 

Chef Notes:

1. Place chicken and 1 1/2 cups water in 4 inch hotel pan.
1. Heat meat covered at 350° until it reaches 145°, approximately 25 minutes if product is frozen.
2. Measure all seasonings together.
3. Add seasoning mixture to hot chicken and mix thoroughly.
4. Place peppers & onion blend on a sheet pan.
5. Mix with seasonings and oil together.
6. Spread peppers in single layer on pan.
7. Roast in 350° oven for 7 minutes. DO NOT ROAST LONGER THAN 8 MINUTES.
8. Add vegetable mixture to chicken mixture.
9. Cover it, and place in warmer until assembly of bowl.
