Orange Chicken


2 packages Orange chicken – with sauce – Yang’s
32 cups Rice

Chef Notes:

1. Preheat convection oven to 400 degrees.
2. Place a single layer of orange chicken on a slightly greased or oiled pan without a pan
liner. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Turn over once. Heat for an additional 10-
12 minutes until internal temperature reaches 145°.
3. Heat sauce in steamer or boil, pour over orange chicken so that it coats evenly. Let breath
for about 5 minutes to help dissipate vinegar smell.
4. Keep warm.
