Sausage, Egg and Cheese Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients

1 – Egg Patty, Sunny Fresh
1 – Bun, Hamburger 4″, regular.
1 – (1 patty) Sausage, turkey, Jennie-O….
1 – slice Cheese, American, Sliced, Processed, Holl….

Refrigerate at 41° or below until ready to use

Chef Notes:

Open bun and place cheese, egg and sausage (in that order) on bottom half of bun. Cover with top half and wrap with foil wrap or sandwich bag. Refrigerate at 41 degrees or lower until ready to use.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F and bake for 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F and hold it at a minimum of 140 degrees F until ready to serve.
CCP: Hold at 135° F or higher.
