1 oz | Low fat cream cheese |
1 slice | Tomato , med (1/4″ thick) |
1/4 cup | Lettuce – shredded |
4 slices | Cucumber |
1 TBSP | Sour Cream |
2 TBSP | Guacamole |
1 each | Tortilla – wheat – 10″ |
Chef Notes:
1. On the tortilla spread the 1 oz of cream cheese and lay 2 slices of cheese to cover the tortilla
2. Top with remaining ingredients.
3. Fold like a burrito
4. Wrap it on green foil wrap.
5. Place in refrigerator until serving time.
