Veggie Wrap

Ingredients

2 slice Cheese, Monterrey Jack,Sliced
1 oz Low fat cream cheese
1 slice Tomato , med (1/4″ thick)
1/4 cup Lettuce – shredded
4 slices Cucumber
1 TBSP Sour Cream
2 TBSP Guacamole
1 each Tortilla – wheat – 10″

Chef Notes:

1. On the tortilla spread the 1 oz of cream cheese and lay 2 slices of cheese to cover the tortilla
2. Top with remaining ingredients.
3. Fold like a burrito
4. Wrap it on green foil wrap.
5. Place in refrigerator until serving time.
