Chicken w-Sweet Chili Sauce and Rice


5 pieces Chicken Chunks coated in Sweet Chili sauce
1 cup RICE,

Chef Notes:

1. Preheat Oven 400° F No Steam, Medium Low Fans
2. Remove Chicken Bag from Case. Open and Place Frozen Chunks on parchment lined baking sheet.
3. Heat for Approx 12 min to reach internal temperature to 165°
4. Set up Sweet Chili Sauce bags in a double boiler to heat. Heat Sauce in bags using the water bath method.
4. Once chicken is cooked, transfer cooked chicken to holding pans, add warm sauce to cooked pieces of chicken, toss as necessary for sauce to coat all the chicken.
5. Place inside the warmer to maintain temperature until served.
6. Serve 1 cup of Rice in Oriental Container *
7. Add on top of the rice 5 pieces of Chicken, close container.
8. Place in warmer to maintain temperature until served.
